Mission AI
Paris launch · 19–20 November 2026

Ready forlift-off.

Your crew. Your function. Your mission.

You already know the tools. In Paris you build with them alongside your crew, test each other's agents, and leave with a plan your team can follow. You will also know exactly where to turn when a colleague brings you an idea.

Your Champions already know the tools. In Paris you work with them as one crew, decide which use cases matter most for your function, and leave with a mission map, owners and dates you are ready to sponsor.

The two days

Thursday builds the skills. Friday turns them into a plan.

Two half-days, one arc. The yellow notes show what each block means for you.

Day 1 · Comet, La Défense

Crew training

  1. Welcome lunch

Meet colleagues and settle in. Venue access from 13:15.

  2. Sponsor opening

AI is opening possibilities for URW, and BSLs and Champions can help shape that future with their teams.

  3. Crew challenge Classified

We are keeping this one quiet. Sit with your crew and explore judgement, collaboration and trust together.

  4. Inside AI

A data scientist's demo and explanation show how generative AI works and how to assess its answers.

  5. Briefing and room move

Prepare to work in functional crews.

  6. Workshop 1: build an AI Use Case Assistant

Build an assistant, the Screener, to assess and prioritise use cases and prepare proposals for BSL review and submission.

YouBuild with your own hands. This is where your first agent comes from. YouBuild alongside your Champions and see how a use case is assessed before it reaches you.
  7. Screener feedback

Compare your own Screener with the reference built on the real collection form, while the build is still fresh.

  8. Workshop 2: from functional use case to agent

Choose one case, write a shared spec, build on your own laptop, test a colleague's agent and capture lessons.

YouBuild your own agent on a real case from your function. YouPick one of your function's cases and lead the crew's spec.
  9. Break, then plenary: demos and debrief

Two short demos, then a debrief using each crew's answers. Carry the lessons into Day 2.

YouNote one thing you will carry into tomorrow, and one question for your crew. YouNote the use case you would back, and what it still needs to prove.
  10. Venue departure

Leave by 18:30. Dinner follows later in the evening.

Day 2 · URW headquarters, Adenauer

Crew mobilisation

  1. Breakfast, before 09:00

At your hotel if you are travelling, on site if you are local.

  2. Opening and routing exercise

Day 2 opens, then a short exercise starts from what the crews found on Day 1 and leads into the Hub session.

  3. AI Technology Hub and Copilot Studio demo

Understand how the Hub supports you and how to take use cases further. See what Copilot Studio can do and where access stops.

  4. Change enablement workshop

Practise sparking colleagues' curiosity and addressing barriers to AI adoption, including a conversation for your team's engagement plan.

YouPractise the conversation you will have next week with a hesitant colleague. YouSee the barriers your Champions will meet, and where your voice clears them.
  5. Break

  6. Functional mission maps and crew charters

BSLs and Champions agree priorities, roles and how to engage colleagues and newcomers. Crews then cross-check each other's mission maps and confirm commitments, owners and dates.

YouName the segment you cover and the first adoption action you will run. YouLead the session: set priorities, confirm owners and agree your review rhythm.
  7. Learning path and next steps

Clarify the training path, time commitment and available support. Confirm next steps and first team actions.

  8. Group CEO close

The Group CEO outlines AI's strategic importance, recognises the Champions' contribution and reinforces leadership support.

  9. Closing lunch and departures

Informal exchange. No further working session.

Thursday evening

Venue departure is by 18:30, with shuttles to the hotels in Paris 16th. Dinner follows later in the evening, one table for the whole group in a restaurant. BSLs use it to open a short conversation with their crew about one promising application and what it needs to prove next. There is no overnight build.

Your role

You are your team's first stop for AI.

You decide where your function's AI effort goes.

An AI Champion is a local ambassador and change enabler: you help colleagues use AI confidently, and you spot where it could change how the team works.

A Business Stream Lead sets priorities and sponsors the work. Your Champions bring you qualified ideas; you choose which ones move, and you give them the time and backing to deliver.

Support adoption

Set the direction

  • A
    Help with everyday questions

Share tips, good practices and examples that fit your colleagues' real work.

  • B
    Enable team learning

Run short demos, peer support and guided practice when business agents launch.

  • C
    Keep experimenting

Keep learning, and share feedback and useful practices with the Champion community.

  • A
    Prioritise

Review your Champions' ideas against agreed criteria and decide what moves first.

  • B
    Sponsor

Put your name behind the use cases you back and submit them through the Hub route.

  • C
    Make it visible

Bring the wins to your leadership team so the work is recognised beyond the crew.

Find and develop use cases

Back your Champions

  • D
    Listen and spot

Notice recurring tasks and needs where AI could help: lease abstracts, centre reporting, campaign briefs.

  • E
    Qualify and document

Collect ideas, check they hold up, and prioritise them with your BSL before submission.

  • F
    Support testing

Help teams test and roll out selected solutions, linked to the Group AI programme.

  • D
    Protect their time

The Champion role sits on top of a day job. Make the time real with their managers.

  • E
    Keep a rhythm

Agree a regular BSL–Champion meeting and hold it, even when the backlog is quiet.

  • F
    Clear the way

Unblock data access, approvals and stakeholders that a Champion cannot move alone.

What you can count on

  • A BSL who reviews your ideas and decides
  • The AI Technology Hub for advanced builds, data access and deployment
  • A community of Champions across URW

What your Champions count on from you

  • A clear decision on every idea they bring
  • Protected time, agreed with their managers
  • A next meeting in the diary before you leave Paris

How an idea travels from a colleague's desk to the whole function

Steps 1, 2, 4 and 5 involve the Champion. Steps 3 and 5 are the BSL's.

    Champion listens
  2. Collect and qualifyIs it a chat, an agent, or a job for IT?

  4. Build, or escalateChampions and colleagues build what they can themselves. Advanced solutions, data and deployment go to the Hub.

What you leave with

Four things you take back to your team.

1

A Copilot agent you built yourself

Built with support in the workshops, with its limits identified so you can show it honestly.

Built by your crew, with its limits identified, so you know what it would take to scale.

2

Techniques to lead change

How to help a hesitant colleague move, practised once before you need it.

An understanding of what stops teams adopting AI, and where your sponsorship removes it.

3

Your crew's mission map

Who covers which teams, how ideas are gathered and reviewed, and the route to the Hub.

4

A 90-day plan

One collection action and one adoption action, each with an owner, a date and a success measure, with milestones at Day 14, 30, 60 and 90.
